Movie Reel



The Avengers - I really liked it. I've liked all the movies leading up to it, and I have a thing for that sort of mystical action.

The Vow - Not as cheesy as I thought it would be. It was nice because it seemed just a lot more realistic so that was nice for a change!

Fargo - Great movie, I live so close to the states and go to
Fargo often so it was really funny cause I could relate to the context. Messed up movie though! The

Woman in Black - I watched it with one of my girl friends who scares easy which made it that much more scary. I thought it ended a little weak but over all a good movie.

Dream House: Glass Hide-away

Isn't this so pretty? I'm not sure if I could live with so much glass, I really like to walk around nude, but maybe if there was a high fence, and a lot of trees it would be great! Either way this house is brilliant and so pretty and dreamy. I would love to live here.

Candida Diet Lunch: Roasted Vegetable Salad with Boiled Egg

For 2 servings:

4 boiled eggs
2 Bell Peppers (any color)
2 tomatoes
1/2 a zucchini
6 shallots
3 cups of baby spinach
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place chopped up peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and onions in a roasting pan. Toss with the olive oil, salt, and pepper to mix and coat. Spread in a single layer in the pan. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are lightly browned and tender.

Hard boil the eggs, peel, cut in half and set aside.

In a large bowl add 3 cups of baby spinach, chopped up vegetables, egg halves and serve. Add some extra olive oil and a squeeze of lemon if you like.
